Who am I

Greetings! I am Khurshid, a nutrition therapist whose journey into this realm was ignited by a profound love for food. As a certified intuitive eating counselor, My enthusiasm lies in guiding others toward breaking free from the confines of diet regulations and rediscovering the sheer delight of eating. My objective is clear—to assist my clients and readers in cultivating a harmonious rapport with food, enriching their well-being through eating habits rooted in nourishment rather than restriction and deprivation.

Much like many of my peers in the field of nutrition, I was once under the impression that food was primarily about & eating less and eating right. I subscribed to the notion that weight and health were intricately entwined. However, these convictions led me down a path where consuming food became stressful and complex. As my interactions with clients expanded, it dawned on me that my approach needed to be revised. I witnessed firsthand how the fixation on weight and rigid dietary guidelines transformed what should be a simple, nurturing act of self-care into an anxiety-inducing chore.

Thankfully, enlightenment soon graced me, and I recognized that food encompasses far more than mere sustenance. It became evident that rigid dieting rules held no answers. I realized that the pursuit of well-being is intended to elevate the quality of life. If the act of eating and food-related choices induce stress, they are counterproductive to this goal. The scale &#39, undue influence emerged as a barrier to embracing health-enhancing behaviors. Furthermore, I discovered the unsettling truth that our societal fixation on weight contributes to a surge in eating disorders and disordered eating patterns. This revelation transformed my perspective on the role of a nutritionist.
